Box contains 150 bilingual activity cards in English and Spanish, 35 bingo cards, cutout game pieces, 7 blank cards, user’s guide and game rules.
Cards offer three levels of movement play and focus on locomotor and non-locomotor movement skills designed to improve balance, agility, eye-hand coordination and reading readiness.

Upbeat music and easy-to-follow narration challenges students to perform body identification, locomotor and non-locomotor movement skills. Activities are designed to stimulate the imagination while improving coordination, balance and agility. There is no right or wrong way to participate. Just be creative and have fun!

Fun-Filled, Action-Packed Program to Improve Health, Nutrition& Fitness of Children and Families
The Body Bingo Healthy Life System offers a positive solution to childhood obesity by motivating participants to make incremental changes in physical activity, food choices, goal setting, and stress reduction techniques. The system is fun and easy to use. It utilizes 3 complementary products including the Healthy Life Playbook, Body Bingo CD and Body Bingo Game Cards.
The Healthy Life System is kid-tested, and parent-teacher approved. It correlates with the NASPE National Association Standards for Physical Education. It can be effortlessly incorporated into the classroom curriculum to increase the number of school hours spent weekly on physical activity.

Make lifestyle changes in diet, exercise and mental outlook while having fun!
Students complete Body, Outlook, Diet and Yes, I Can activities and record their progress on the Weekly Play Sheet. After just 10-weeks, most students eat healthier, develop greater confidence and self-esteem and perform better in school.
Long-term results are achieved when students transform unproductive habits into healthy ones and alter attitudes and beliefs about themselves, food, and exercise. Motivation remains high as participants see results and are rewarded for a job well done.
